PLANNING WITHOUT PANIC (PWOP) VIRTUAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Leece Bachman LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates www.leecebachman.com and provides the Planning Without Panic (PWOP) virtual program. These Terms & Conditions establish the legal foundation for program participation and continued access.

BY PURCHASING, ACCESSING OR USING THE PWOP PROGRAM, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE, ACCESS OR USE THE PROGRAM.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any amendments. We recommend periodically reviewing our Terms for updates.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND DELIVERABLES

Planning Without Panic (PWOP) is a virtual educational program designed for engaged couples planning their weddings.

Your purchase includes:

Lifetime access to bi-weekly group coaching and live Q&A via Zoom
Access to a private Discord community for members
Access to all wedding planning resources, digital checklists, and tools

Delivery and Access:

All items are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped
“Lifetime access” means access for the duration of the program’s existence and operation by Leece Bachman LLC

2. ENROLLMENT, FEES, AND PAYMENT

Program Fee:
- Beta enrollment: $250
- Regular enrollment: $500
Payment is made as a one-time fee via the program’s sales page
By purchasing, you agree to pay the full amount specified at checkout

3. REFUND POLICY AND DISPUTES

No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns for any reason.
Chargebacks: Buyers agree not to attempt chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes.
Consequences: Any chargeback or disputed transaction will result in:
- Immediate suspension of all program access
- Potential liability for legal, administrative, and processing fees incurred by the Company in defending the dispute

4. LICENSE AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access PWOP content for your personal wedding and event planning use only.

Prohibited Actions:

Sharing your account credentials with others
Selling, transferring, or assigning your access
Publishing, posting, or distributing program content
Providing access to call links, recordings, or community to non-members
Using materials for commercial purposes without written consent

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All program content and materials are the exclusive property of Leece Bachman, owner of Leece Bachman LLC | Elegant Events by Leece
Protected materials include but are not limited to:
- Videos and recordings
- Documents, guides, and templates
- Curriculum and designs
- Graphics, text, branding, names, logos, and trademarks
Unauthorized use, duplication, resale, sharing, public posting, creating derivative works, or any exploitation is strictly prohibited

6. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to maintain respectful, professional communication in all program spaces.

Prohibited Conduct:

Harassment or discrimination
Hate speech or bullying
Doxxing or sharing others’ private information
Threats or intimidation
Spam or excessive self-promotion
Advertising or solicitation without permission

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the community and/or program with no refund.

7. DISCLAIMERS

No Professional Advice:

PWOP provides educational and informational content only
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice
Consult appropriate professionals for specific advice

No Guarantees:

We make no guarantees regarding results or specific wedding outcomes
Your results depend on many individual factors including time invested, skills, knowledge, and circumstances

8. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to:

Update or modify program materials and features
Change platforms for community and calls
Adjust schedules and content
Modify these Terms & Conditions

Continued access after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA RELEASE

By submitting testimonials, reviews, feedback, or participating in recorded sessions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Opt-out: You may request in writing that your content not be used for marketing purposes.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For any dispute arising out of or relating to the PWOP program or these Terms:

You agree to engage in good-faith mediation in Lexington, Virginia before filing any lawsuit
Each party is responsible for its own costs unless otherwise agreed in writing
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEECE BACHMAN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leece Bachman LLC regarding the PWOP program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
