The Wedding Management package is for the couple who has done the planning but is ready to hand over the keys for the final stretch. Led by Annie, Jenna, or sometimes Leece, we step in to make sure all the pieces you’ve gathered actually fit together. You give us the plans, and we make sure the final result is exactly what you imagined - without you having to stress over every single little detail.

✦ The 60-Day Handover: We dive into your contracts and plans to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We get fully caught up on your vision so we can take over the "to-do" list while you take a breather.

✦ The Vendor Firewall: Once we step in, we’re the ones on speed dial. We handle the final logistics and confirmations so you can stop being the middleman for your vendors.

✦ A Real-World Timeline: We build a solid, easy-to-follolw schedule for the entire day. We make sure your vendor team is synced up and everyone knows exactly where they need to be (and when).

✦ Rehearsal Direction: We’ll run your rehearsal and wrangle your wedding party so everyone knows the plan. We keep it efficient and fun so you can get to your rehearsal dinner faster.

Full Service is our comprehensive, "white-glove" experience where we guide you through every decision from venue selection to the final dance. Wedding Management (often called "Partial Planning") is designed for the couple who has handled the initial planning but wants a professional to take over the logistics, vendor communication, and timeline management in the final months to ensure a flawless execution.

Do you have payment plans?
YES! We walk you through the various investment options available during your free virtual initial consultation.

How far in advance should we book our planning services?
To ensure the highest level of attention and to secure your date, we recommend booking Full Service Planning 12 to 18 months in advance. For Wedding Management, we suggest reaching out 6 to 9 months before your wedding date.

Do you only work with venues in Lexington, Virginia?
While we adore the historic charm of Lexington and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley, we are always happy to travel. If you are dreaming of a celebration elsewhere in Virginia or beyond, we would love to discuss how we can bring our bespoke planning approach to your chosen location.​

Once your personalized package agreement is signed and the initial deposit is made, we hit the ground running!
