Yes, We Do! Our most popular is the Day-of Facilitation package. Leece starts working with you at least 60 days before your wedding day. Included is up to 12-hours of coordination from a lead planner, an assistant, and access to the emergency kit on the your big day along with all the goodies before hand. Day-of Facilitation also includes but isn't limited to us attending your final meeting at your venue site, access to the private client portal and all the pretty digital resources, decor set up (and pack up) by our team, and creation of your detailed day-of timeline. The other option is the Signature Coordination. The name simply says it all! You'll receive assistance with the timeline creation and up to 8 hours of coordination from one team members. There are cases, such as the busy fall wedding season, where Leece and Annie will have two different weddings on the same weekend. Most venues REQURE you to have at least a coordinator, and one from an insured business identify (like us!). We tie in close relationships with our fellow vendors and venues, making your special day a breeze.
