Yes, We Do!

Our most popular is the Day-of Facilitation package. Leece starts working with you at least 60 days before your wedding day. Included is up to 12-hours of coordination from a lead planner, an assistant, and access to the emergency kit on the your big day along with all the goodies before hand. Day-of Facilitation also includes but isn't limited to us attending your final meeting at your venue site, access to the private client portal and all the pretty digital resources, decor set up (and pack up) by our team, and creation of your detailed day-of timeline.

The other option is the Signature Coordination. The name simply says it all! You'll receive assistance with the timeline creation and up to 8 hours of coordination from one planner.

We believe in providing you with the utmost attention and dedication, which is why we do our best to book only one wedding per weekend. There are cases, such as the busy fall wedding season, where Leece and Annie will have two different weddings on the same weekend; each planner, respectively, coordinating at their assigned wedding venue.

For our Full Service package, we spend so much quality time with you and your vendors and give you unlimited personalized attention, that we will only have that one individual wedding take place that week and weekend.

A venue's staff may provide some event coordination services, but at Elegant Events by Leece, we offer a comprehensive wedding planning experience that goes beyond what a venue typically provides.

Most venues REQURE you to have at least a coordinator, and one from an insured business identify (like us!). We tie in close relationships with our fellow vendors and venues, making your special day a breeze.
