Meet with you at least 60 days before, or sooner, the wedding date to get a handle on what details and planning you've conducted (virtually or personally)

Direct access to me starting 30 days before the wedding date via WhatsApp, text, and confidential calls

Consult with your vendors to review the signed contracts and confirm timelines and logistics

Create a detailed day-of timeline

Complete a final walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites (usually with you - the couple)

Address any overlooked details and connect with VIPs

Manage the rehearsal

Set up decor at the reception site for day-of

Coordinate everything on the wedding day, with at least one assistant

Send-off, pack-up, and post-wedding check-in afterward
